We are selective and we look at our portfolio as a collection instead of a subscription-based list. We specialize in selling to guests who don’t use mainstream platforms to book homestays. Our guests are more mature, with an average age of 55. They tend to make higher value bookings with longer stays.

Your pricing decisions are up to you. If you are unsure, we would recommend looking at similarly sized properties in the area and using these as guidelines.
Once you receive a reservation, we charge a Sundes Host Fee of 3% of the total accommodation charges plus any applicable local and sales taxes. That includes management support on images, availability calendar, prices, bookings, payments and guest’s relation.
Our owner experience team provides you with all the necessary tools to succeed. They are available to help with any questions you may have and offer suggestions on how to improve opportunities for your property.
Our team of Home Specialists carefully combines each guest with the destination and the property that best suits their needs. When a guest selects your house, simply confirm the reservation and send the invoice to the guest from your property profile and we will do the rest. We will coordinate all documentation and secure payments with the guest. We will keep you informed at each stage of the process and we will make sure you receive payment for each reservation before the date of the trip.
Guests are assigned a personal Home Specialist, who will be in contact with the concierge of your house, planning and communicating all the details prior to the arrival of the guest. We keep in touch with our clients, as they travel to their destination and during their stay, we also provide them with additional assistance in case they require it, or you require it.
